Exclusions include coverage for non-emergency services, repair costs, incidents due to intoxication, and use of the vehicle for unlawful purposes. Also, coverage is not provided for vehicles not in a safe condition to be towed, vehicles in inaccessible areas, and repeated service calls for the same issue within a short period.
